OpenTAS Net Production is designed to provide all production related details in the refinery and fractionation process to enable Managers to monitor and report on production efficiency and costing.The OpenTAS Net Production system analyzes the input and output of tank stocks by applying mass balance calculation techniques. In addition, it measures and monitors the crude oil and consumables consumption flows and the final end-product production flows to measure and report to arrive with the exact daily, weekly and monthly production costing and efficiency of the entire refinery and fractionation process.
